The white vinegar comes from the same tradition of balsamic vinegar with which it shares the ingredients: vinegar and grape must but prefers as its name indicates, the white one. It has slightly lower acidity and balsamic vinegar it is to the palate a bittersweet and delicate seasoning. It is considered an excellent dressing for salads, meats and fish.
